4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court

We will forward counter-notifications to the original complainant. If we don't receive notice of court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat Infringers

WhatYouDontKnow.blog will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We maintain a record of all DMCA notices and may restrict access to our service for violators.

5. Policy Updates

We may modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
